Through a career filled with teaching and learning, Carol has worked with all ages of learners from the littlest learners through adults and in both public and private organizations. Recently retired, Carol is delighted to be a volunteer with the Canadian Learning Trust Board of Directors where intelligent and creative people champion lifelong learning across Canada.
Ravi has a deep passion for the L&D space, especially figuring out how to be innovative with eLearning technology to enhance or customize user experiences or figuring out a workaround solution that creates the ideal learner journey. When Ravi is not figuring out how to be innovative or problem-solving eLearning malfunctions, he enjoys exploring the city, being fully immersed in nature conservations, attending live theatre, trying out the newest vegan restaurants, or going to his monthly paranormal social group to socialize and ponder on everyone’s rival hypotheses.
U of S Graduate in Civil Engineering with 40 years of progressively senior roles with three international Consulting Engineering firms. A community minded leader involved with several non-profit organizations and programs (including elected offices of Town Councilor/ Mayor and USask Senator) and avid supporter of mentorship and lifelong learning.

Lee brings a wealth of expertise in business development, marketing, and
information technology, honed through management roles at Northern Telecom, Bell
Canada, and Bell Nexxia. His dedication to community engagement is demonstrated by
his service on several non-profit boards and as a regional reviewer for the Canadian
Volunteer Awards (CVA), which honor the efforts of volunteers, organizations, and
businesses in fostering community development.
As a former business owner and principal of MarkNat Business Consulting, Lee
leveraged his entrepreneurial acumen in management consulting. His commitment to
public service is exemplified by his tenure as a City Councillor for Ville de Léry, where
he chaired the Municipal Planning Advisory Committee (Comité Consultatif
d’Urbanisme) and represented the city on the Transport Committee.
A founding member of Quebec’s first CARP chapter, Lee actively promotes
opportunities for individuals aged 45 and older to take on leadership positions,
volunteer, and drive community improvement. His passion for entrepreneurship and
volunteerism led to a nationally broadcast appearance on a Business News Network
panel, where he shared insights on these topics.
Currently, Lee serves as the executive board secretary of CEDEC (Community
Economic Development and Employability Corporation). Through CEDEC’s Mature
Workers Initiative, he champions the inclusion of experienced individuals in leadership
and decision-making roles, encouraging them to contribute their time, expertise, and
knowledge to strengthen communities.
Joe is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience leading Information Technology strategy and operations for publicly traded, private, and non-profit organizations with multinational reach. With a rich transnational background, Joe has successfully navigated diverse sectors, including healthcare and manufacturing, demonstrating his adaptability and strategic vision.
